Week 10 Shared Lunch

Week 9 - Gumboot Day

Thank you to all the support and bringing in your gumboots for Gumboot day.  Our classroom shoe area looked really different today.

Week 8 - Learning Multiplication

Don't tell Mr Goulstone but Mrs Massey drew on the carpet when we were learning about Multiplication. Shhhh...

Week 8 - Harold and Life Education

Room 11 had Harold visit this week.  We learnt what was the difference between a boss and a leader.  We loved being in the bus.  We especially loved dancing with Harold.

Whero Reading Group and the book Stuck

This week the Whero Reading group read the book Stuck.  It all about a girl who bounces her ball and it gets stuck in the drain.

Click on this link to listen to the story.

I brought some equipment for the children to see if they could get the ball out of a container without touching it.

They cooperated and there was lots of talking and finally success...

Family Fun Fair

Thank you to Taryn and Shawn, Gemma, Marcus, Wendy, Macy and Sarah.  You did a super job and we sold out of all our stall on Saturday barring 5 plants... Wow!

Thanks to the great support at Dunk the Teacher. I had so much fun.

I also met a special visitor who we will be seeing lots this coming week.

Hi Harold...

We have some beautiful artists in Room 11...

My class even surprised me with some beautiful art and words.
