Week 3 - Book Week at School Classroom Activities

What a fantastic week at school with lots of fun activities happening in Room 11 and across the school.  We focused on 3 books.

The first Here Come the Aliens by Colin McNaughton.  We loved this story and the challenge for the children was to make some aliens.

Then we read the book Tangaroas Gift.  The children created some beautiful paua and they loved this book so much that it became our entry into the window competition.

We then read the book The Best Part of Me.  The children then decided what the best part of them was and wrote about their best part.
