Week 8 - How big is the Solar System?
We have just begun our more formal learning and the children are enjoying learning about the inquiry of Our Place in Space. They wondered how big the Solar System really is so we went down on the field and paced it out. Now they really understand why Mercury is really hot and Uranus is freezing cold. Also about the inner planets and outer planets.
