Week 10 - Mental Health Awareness Week

This week in Room 11 we are learning how to stay healthy in every way using the 
Hauora Te Whare Tapa Wha model.


Monday - We learnt about mindfulness, belly breathing and finding our happy place. The children made an origami boat to put on their tummy to help them learn to breathe deeply. Below is the link to make the origami boat.
